First time eating Pollo tropical outside of Miami and let me tell you I was not disappointed, very clean place and super attentive staff, very friendly and explain all the questions we had cause I haven’t eating here like in 10 years, the churrasco bowls was great super flavorful the meat was a little over cook for my taste but still the flavor was there, the yellow rice was delicious, love how the put some lime on the avocados, the sauces are out of this world the pineapple mango spicy sauce is delicious, now the chipotle sauce is bomb. The guava frozen drink it is so good that I think they need a bigger cup for it was so refreshing and taste just like a guava. I would be back for more super satisfied!

We had a nice time at this Pollo tropical. The beans were a little bit soupy but that’s how my husband likes them and they were tasty. The staff was awesome. I didn’t have to order on the phone which was really nice because that’s a hassle to me. I would rather just talk to someone – they didn’t expect me to order on the phone like they do at the Oviedo location, which is also good but very busy.

This location was good but no longer.. was served uncooked pink chicken in center and was refused a refund by a disrespectful manager by the name of Maria, scolding us because “we ate too far into the chicken” . The bathrooms are dirty all the time as well. Will not return .

Its been a while since I went to this location but I was really surprised how diminished the dining experience has become. The best thing in the past was the sauce bar. They no longer have this. It was a challenge to even get sauces for my meal from the cashier. Very disappointing.

Taste is always good. But, in the last two weeks I’ve ordered family meals twice. The cilantro sauce little containers are not even half way full. Why? We need enough for a whole chicken and this is what we got both times. And don’t even get me started on the “fresh salsa” switch. Terrible

Don’t know what happened to one of the best chicken places ever but this location needs work. No ice, flat coke and when I asked for a can I got a warm one. The staff including the manager could not have cared less. This is a sad reality but thank God there’s La Granja.

1st time ordering take out in this location.¹ The portion of the rice was less than that of beans. Black beans had no seasoning, pork meat was mostly fat, no meat. Could provide better portions for the sauce on the Cilantro ranch sauce. Facility was out of all frozen fruit drinks and fountain drinks. Customer service was poor. All employees behind the counter look miserable and demonstrated little interest in their position.
