Whoever is at the drive through speaker, a female on Thursday 8/10 at 10pm, is a absolute demon. She yelled at the guy in front of me in line at the drive through, at the top of her lungs “WHAT ELSE SO YOU WANT, DO YOU HEAR WHAT I SAID?”. He said sauce she replied “OKAY AND WHAT…ELSE!? ARE YOU DONE YET?” While the customer was very polite. It was my turn, and she proceeded to be equally as harassing and rude. Yelling “WHAT DO YOU WANT” and “WHAT ELSE!” and just giving a AWFUL attitude. And when I say she was screaming, I mean this lady was SCREAMING. I could hear her from back in line. This person shouldn’t be working in customer service. Burger King, if you care about your location, I suggest you remove her Immediately or give her final warning. Nobody deserves to be bullied.

I got there at 10:45 and the inside was close but drive thru was open till 11pm. Well it was not I waited nobody was answering so I went up to hru the window and everyone seemed to be hiding. Because when I was driving away I saw them looking at my car like saying he’s gone this was on 6/22/2023

I think corporate should close this location. They can’t decide when they are open, what food they have in stock, or how many staff members are on duty. It would make it much easier and less confusing to customers if the sign on the drive thru speaker said “closed” rather than “today our hours are 10:30am-5:00pm.” Customers who take the time to get off the highway don’t know your issues prior to arriving.

Cant make a burrito, gets things wrong, bad customer service. I’ve been eating Eggnormous Burritos from multiple locations for years now. This location makes them noticeably smaller and with the hot sauce directly in the burrito instead of providing a packet on the side.
