I normally would never eat at Arby’s. But now Arby’s offers all these different sandwich types. So that’s the only reason I would go and that’s why I go now being on the road is an OTR truck driver I figured yeah I’ll just try it their gyro sandwich was pretty good The cucumber sauce or whatever that goes with it was okay but I would only give that sauce probably about a two stars. But the sandwich was pretty authentic or close to authentic. So the sandwich itself I would give about four stars at a five. It was put together really well. But the cucumber sauce was not that great. Needs improvement. I had a hamburger from there I can’t remember exactly had bacon on it it was good it tasted great The the bread for the buns was good it’s better than McDonald’s and better than other fast food bread types in my opinion. The sandwich bread held together much better than any of the other major sandwich types or hamburger type places. So I would give the bread probably about 4 out of 5 stars actually I probably give it five stars just because it was way better than all the others in my personal opinion.

This place is unbelievably slow. I have been here several times and it takes forever. They only take one order at a time, complete it then take the next order, which results in an insane line. There are nice employees occasionally but they don’t last. I’m guessing because of the manager as she made a ridiculous scene the last time I was there. They were short staffed and the cook needed the bathroom. The nice employee told me and I was like no problem, I will wait. The manager got impatient and then stormed around, got rude to the nice employee. Eventually the manager started cooking and made a scene out of that. I never saw the cook come back so I suspect they snuck out. Oh and the drive thru is usually closed too. Out of 8 visits it’s only been open once.

We order nuggets every visit, and literally every time we have to go back in for them, or hold up the drive-through line explaining that they’re missing from our bags. I’m not exaggerating when I say the last four visits (at least), we’ve not gotten the chicken we ordered. The same manager deals with us every time we have the problem so I’m surprised it’s still an issue.

Cannot handle simple request. And when questioned to see if the can fix handed back same sandwich only slapped into paper bag. Completely rude and disgusting. Poor customer service, poor food quaility.

Lunch was great as always, but this particular store has the sweetest, most thoughtful and caring staff. One server went above and beyond to show care and compassion. I watched her diligently work in the lobby and behind the counter. Genevieve was top notch. Who doesn’t love that Arby’s sauce?! Delicious!
