Absolutely horrible! This is the second time at this Coulter Street location that I’ve got stuck in the Drive-Thru line. Couldn’t even get my online orders that was bought and paid for! It was ordered for inside pickup but when I got there the doors were locked and they drive through line was long and not moving! So now I just have to figure out how to get a refund. If you don’t have enough help to service the customers you should just close.
