Average at best. 4 is generous but correct. It’s not that the food is “bad” but it has never been “great”. 2 Chuck-e-Cheese-sized slices for just under $5 is not a deal. You can get better quality pizza or “Italian” food elsewhere.

The food was delicious and well prepared. The time was quick as well, but the drive thru employees is a different story. The person taking our order was extremely rude and basically threw our bag of food at us. Although we loved the food, we will not be back due to the rude service.

I walked into the restaurant by mistake, and I am glad I did. We had spaghetti and meatballs, an Italian sub, and chocolate cake. It was all very good. The cake traveled back to cleveland and was still fresh. I will go again when we travel.

Looks nice from the outside. Booths were filthy, young woman working in the back was walking through the kitchen eating a popsicle(didn’t wash hands before making our food after eating and her hair was all loose everywhere) and seemed very inconvenienced when my husband asked for his sub to be made without a bun(super simple adjustment for Keto people). Definately would not return.

First, let me state that Fazoli’s is not a 5-Star restaurant, but this is definitely a 5-Star Fazoli’s! The service was great, the restaurant was very clean and the food was better than any other Fazoli’s that I have visited. $5 lunch including a drink… yes please! There was even something about the breadsticks that tasted better. Fresh and buttery. I will be making this a regular lunchtime stop! Thanks for the to go bag of breadsticks! They were a hit in the office!

This has been my favorite Fazolis experience thus far. This is the first time out of every visit to Fazolis (2nd time at this one on Miller Ln) where I saw the workers continually take care of the customers such as bringing extra breadsticks and checking up on everyone. Maleea & Steven were very sweet and helpful. My husband was shaking and Steven right away gave me breadsticks when asked. A lot of food for 3 people and took half of it home. Will def come back!! Great food!
