I had to wait at the speaker for a couple minutes. After they took my order, I pulled around and there were 2 cars in front of me. The first car took a couple more minutes, the second a couple more. Then I sat at the window long enough to smoke a cigarette(more than 5 minutes). Then the lady couldn’t remember what I ordered from the time I paid, until they came back to try and give me an order. The hash browns were crunchy and really greasy, not crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside like they are supposed to be. I ordered a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese double croissant. The cheese looks like it was one sitting in the chute that they took apart and added one of the meats so they could sell it and not throw it away, and it tastes like it was supposed to be tossed an hour ago. I know there are bad times, or busy times, but this Burger King definitely wasn’t busy. No receipt was given except the one on the bag. This is just another example of why the Burger Kings in Lubbock need to be downsized/consolidated. I keep giving them an opportunity to do well, and I keep getting disappointed.

Nothing irritates me more than spending money on a meal then getting it looking like it was left overs from yesterday’s brkfast! I ordered a number 1, no line but still had to wait quite a bit. Thinking the wait is due to a fresh meal, NOPE, by the time I got to work (1 mile) my car smelled like old grease the hashbrows tasted like they had been redropped in old oil the sausage patty was dry and the egg was brown. Get it together ppl! I realize it’s fast food but ppl expect a fresh meal at best especially when they’re paying for it! I’ll stick w McDonalds!

Never had to wait as long as I did for a burger….person preparing food lacked the skills and knowledge required in a fast food establishment! Had to be told several times to hurry up and what condiments to add to an order!

Bruh… literally waited 16 minutes in drive thru for a simple sausage egg croissant. Lady with crazy hair and color was rude as hell. Works morning shifts cause I’ve seen and dealt with her before. Definitely will never be back. Oh and the food was gross. Cold, croissant was crusty and dry.
