The cooks were new, I believe. My food, an omelet, tasted odd. They said they had just cleaned the pan. The bacon was burned. I requested not burned, but well done more than floppy. My toast was cold. Why are the onions no longer cooked with the hashbrowns, that were too well done, but just sprinkled raw on top?

I ordered 2 All Stars that show $11 on the menu and includes taxes and instead of paying $22 plus tax, I ended up paying $30. I was told they added on a “to-go” fee. Ridiculous! This is only causing the waitresses to be out of a tip! If the restaurant would offer outstanding service, they would have enough business to cover their “to-go” supplies. We won’t be returning to that location.

What an amazing surprise. The food was excellent. My Mom and aunt had the ribeye medium well which was perfect. I had a medium double cheeseburger keto style. Everything was excellent. The exceptional part was the staff. They were upbeat, attentive, funny and very friendly. They doted on all the patrons and kept our glasses full. They wanted to know was everything cooked to order specs. It was indeed. The two staff members in the picture have 31 years combined experience at the chain. Kudos

Sabrina was our cook a few days ago. She did amazing. Very fast. Keeping it clean. And changing her gloves properly. Food was so delicious! So if you go to this waffle house ask for Sabrina price to be your cook!
