Beef in the hard tacos was greasy and bland. For the past 4 years it’s been that way. Once a year I go back to see if it changes, no luck yet. It used to be jiucy ( not greasy) and flavorful.

Poor Management skill from the shift manager sees me walk in there’s nobody in the drive through I can clearly see through the windows before I place my order in the key off as soon as I order and sit down five cars show up they delayed my order to make the drive-thru orders and still everybody had a dumb look on their face when I went up to the counter to ask what happened to my order 18 minutes ago .

I gotta say the experience is worse as the time goes by. Listen I get it. It’s fast food. I’m not expecting Michelin star experience. The bar is REALLY low. Even then, the employees here are terrible. I come here about every 2-3 months as I barely eat junk food. But hey, once in a while isn’t bad.

This time around I went through drive-thru customer service was amazing through drive-thru drove to CVS down the street and started eating my food found that the Mexican pizza tortillas tasted like very old oil that it was fried in I couldn’t eat it taco and burrito were fine unfortunately somebody didn’t notice that the oil was old otherwise I would have given a five star

I work next to this taco bell and i like taco bell but this one is horrible. if you order and taco supreme you get a taco. and if they add sour cream they forget something never complete order. and never put sauce or napkins. drinks always flat. it a damn shame.
