Why even offer an option to pick up your mobile order in store if it’s closed? I always select in store for pick up with fast food because the lines in the drive-through are always super long. I literally ordered a single whopper. Showed up the door was locked. I waved and the employee mouth to me “inside is closed.” so of course I look over to the drive-through line to see six cars waiting to order. This turned into almost a 30 minute experience for me.

Fish sandwiches were hard/rubbery/ not hot– couldn’t finish, in the trash now. Onion rings not even warm, squishy not crisp. Chicken fries cold. Burger too scared to even try it based on everything else. If I wasn’t so tired I’d go back and ask for a refund for my wasted little bit of money, every bit matters in our current economy. Shame on the employees for passing off this inedible mess as food. Guess I’ll go eat some oatmeal SMH. THERE WERE ONLY 3 CARS IN LINE– guess I should have realized that meant something bad.
