Korean & Japanese, but with a twist! Our menu is full of handcrafted items with bold flavors that will keep you coming back for more.
KoJa (aka Korean-Japanese) is a special gourmet sandwich infused with a unique combination of Korean & Japanese flavors. To step it up a notch, KoJa Kitchen substitutes the traditional wheat buns with freshly made crispy garlic rice buns.
We take what is best of both cuisines and reinvent them in a way that is fun and delicious to eat for our KoJa Kitchen fans.

I’ve tried the food truck in SF so I was interested in trying it at the Dublin location on my lunch break. It is a fusion style cuisine so be prepared for that.

I’m a regular and love their short rib bowl. Good quality meat and very flavorful marinating.

Very much love the food from this place but the employees at this location really ruin it. Second time they forgot I ordered. Food is poorly prepared and when asking to get a refund for a order that took over 30 mins to prepare and that wasn’t even correct I was asked if “You can’t just wait a bit longer?”instead of receiving my refund.

Seems like they changed the recipe? Used to love the food truck 10yrs ago. Tried physical one in San Mateo, still great. Moved to East Bay, came to Dublin for jury duty and was excited to see one here. Was sooo disappointed! Pork was cooked separate from the amazing sauce they used to have. The bit of it they dribbled on top was bland. Hope maybe it’s just this one, cuz this was a favorite

Good service including calling to report missing items. Preordered on Grubhub for pickup the next day. Called the day off to confirm allergy request. Pickup was timely but then 10 minutes driving home I get a call that two items were missing. The person in the phone apologized and I asked for extra fries for the inconvenience, which she accepted. Glad that at least I didn’t get home to find the missing Koja and fries. Food was tasty and family was happy!

Had a similar experience to some of the reviews below. I ordered via kiosk in-store because it seemed like the workers were actively avoiding us. Received a text that our order was ready, but it took another 10 minutes to actually receive the food. The service was pretty much non-existent.

I wasn’t impressed with the food. It lacked taste and the portions was very small for the price. We ate there which was a mistake because we kept getting attacked by flying insects. I won’t revisit this restaurant again.

The food is really good, and if you ever see their food truck it’s a good choice.

They now include a mandatory 3% service charge on every order. This is hidden in the tax field of the kiosk. I don’t support deceptive pricing and their dining room still feels like COVID.

The service by staff very good. But this place is still living in behind the counter Covid Era. I was hoping to dine in like at Fremont location and ended up having to eat my food in the car
