It’s so bad. I didn’t want to believe the reviews. It’s not the employees fault. The owner or manager is not ordering product accordingly. They didnt have crispy chicken so i just got soft tacos. Got home and realized they must have been out of lettuce too, as there was none. Food took 15 minutes. THE OWNER MUST DO BETTER

It’s a little hidden next to CVS on the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Lamar, so it’s not very busy. The food is good and the timing is fast! Just do me a favor and don’t all go at once… I don’t want to wait in line. 🙂

The food is good. I don’t know if I have bad luck on timing, but the credit card machine is down again. I come here every few months. The last three times I’ve gone through the drive thru the machine has been down. Luckily, I had cash with me this time. The other times I ended up going to a different restaurant. Management, you might want to look into why this keeps happening. That’s why I only have four stars.

I went into Taco Bell. The young man who took my order barely spoke above a whisper, so I had difficulty hearing him, and I am not hard of hearing. I needed assistance with a refund on part of my meal, there was no staff at the front of the restaurant to readily take my order or issue the refund. I had to wait until they returned.

If you want and unreliable and inconsistent dining experience, then this is the T-Bell for you! Store hours may say 8am-12am, but you’d would be wrong for assuming they’re open before 9am (even with a lit ‘Open’ sign out front).

The self service kiosks are all on one side with one “hidden” immediately inside the door. I point this out because the guy behind the counter was far from helpful. If you ask a question about a specific product, he just points to the board and talks about the boxes. The kiosk is probably far more helpful. Then we get to the cost. Taco Bell used to be a far better value than all the other fast food. That’s far from the case now. Sure, it’s been a while since I’ve been in but I can confidently say it’ll be a while before I go back again.

It was 10 at night nobody in line, I order my burritos and they made it incorrectly and it’s as skimp as a taco. They were making them good up until the last 2 weeks. Idk what happened but their quality of service and food has gone down hill. Definitely won’t be going back to this 1 anymore. Seems all the Taco Bell’s in mission/shawnee area are all full of lazy employees that want you to leave a good review but yet perform way below average. Making a burrito isn’t rocket science but to these employees they can barely fill a cup of soda without struggle.

Every time I have ever tried to order from this Taco Bell, there is always an excuse for why they can’t serve us. I have tried to order from this Taco Bell 3 times and have never actually been served. So unfortunate because it’s such a good location, but this is the worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced.

The worst taco bell. I have held out complaining but I can’t anymore. This taco bell is the worst. Horrible food and customer service. The food is always cold, Horrible quality and the worst service I have ever experienced. Tonight the Mexican pizza was not cooked and not made correctly. One of the few times I went to this store the bowls they made were put in a box and said that is what you get. The food quality has always been awful tonight I actually tasted and threw my food away. The taco bell in rainbow is 100 times better. Unfortunately when telling the people on johnson Dr about the problems they have basically said go somewhere else. Get rid of this location it is awful.
