Well I finally ordered Papa Johns and oh it was awful. The food was undercooked, greasy and just not able to be eaten, I picked at it we did not eat it. Unfortunately I took the drivers word for it that all sauces were in the box. They were not. We were missing 3 and because I come from a place that doesn’t have a Papa Johns i was so excited and when he said all sauces were there and I was finally able to try what the commercials show I ended up tipping him $40. I regret it. I will order one more time and see how it goes. I did call and yes they wanted to do something but we were just too tired at this point so that is why I’ll try again. Not saying not to order from here, it could be great. Just sharing my experience.

I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager, but the older gentleman with glasses and a bald head is great! He does such a good job and I can tell he’s always on top of things. When I’ve gone in to pick up my order, he even gave me discounts I missed when ordering. It’s really refreshing to see someone put effort into doing a good job even if it’s just a pizza joint. ♥️

This place is completely unprofessional I was treated like a criminal after they took all of my credit card information and hung up on me. When I tried to call back to ask why I was rudely and repeatedly hung up on. I then drove to the store where they locked the door and called the police on me for showing up.I was told the debit card that matched my iD was stolen . I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I was very clear how I wanted my pizza made because my husband is allergic to pineapples. I get my food and what do you know pineapples on my pizza I called the store to tell them the guy that answered the phone is the one who originally took my order and he said o no they put the pineapples on it didn’t they. So the so called manager gets on the phone and tells me I’m wrong that the guy asked me three times and I told him yes dude was so rude to me and told me he wouldn’t replace my food
