It’s Little Caesars. You know they use cheap ingredients for their pizzas, hence the affordable (Or once affordable) pricing. You know they’re cutting corners, if you know anything about how they’re able to sell pizzas at the price that they do. So you’re not coming in here expecting the “best pizza of your life”. But, it’s pizza. It’s decent and it’s affordable. That’s why we go to Little Caesar’s. It’s hit or miss, so I gave it three stars but when it’s on point, it’s on point. I usually just order and pick it up from the deploy machine to avoid the lines. I’d use the app, as you can customize if you want things like more sauce, less sauce, more cheese, etc. They usually hook me up with a free crazy sauce without being a sauce-protector lol.

We ordered from this location and upon pick up we noticed our order was incorrect, we advised the lady working and she said well yeah I saw the online order that way but when I printed the ticket it changed it so I just did it that way. She didn’t want to remake the pizza for us, but then after telling us the same thing 4 times she finally agreed to remake it. We had to wait 20 minutes outside for it to be done. By that time everyone else’s pizza was cold. Overall, will not be going back, horrible service.

I had placed an online order for pick up yesterday and I was served by a white, hefty lady who always give me an attitude whenever I come in. I had told her that I am picking up two pizzas— one extra cheese pizza and a SUPREME pizza. She said they don’t have SPRING pizza, and I kept repeating to her ‘SUPREME.’ And she continued to argue, and look down on me as if I am pronouncing it wrong. Every single time I come to pick up my order at this store I am given a poor service, with the same lady giving me an attitude. If she doesn’t like working there then don’t work there, otherwise go along with a standard customer service that includes RESPECTING everyone without racial discrimination.

Don’t visit here often as it isn’t within my normal area. But I tend to go when they have an interesting promotion. No complaints, They have staff, but normally pick up the items from the food locker. The place has been clean though ok the times I’ve visited.

It took almost 45 minutes to get my meal after I was told it would take 15 minutes. It turned out that they forgot to call me when my meal was ready. It was almost time to return to work by the time I got my meal!

Not very clean inside and employees look unkempt. Lots of surfaces that can use a scrub down. We’re in a pandemic the front door shouldn’t look too dirty to touch. When I get my pizza it’s not cut all the way through!
