Came here for a DoorDash order and spent literally in hour inside the restaurant as the only customer waiting for the order. I should have cancelled it and just went on my way. The drive-thru had maybe 2 cars in line and the woman was arguing with the customers over the headset about how they were out of chicken. Not sure how a chicken restaurant could run out of prepared chicken. About 30 minutes into my wait, I was told there would be another 20 minutes wait on the chicken.

The food has great flavor and chicken was juicy! I was going to order for take out but after walking in and seeing how nicely they decorated for Christmas I decided to stay and dine-in. It was a good decision; I had excellent service, the lady that helped me was friendly and kind, and the Christmas decorations and the music made for a good atmosphere.

Chicken was old and very dark skin. Was supposed to be original. Biscuits were very hard and uneatable. Everything was old. Ordered 4 breasts and 4 legs but ended up with 8 breasts. Would give no stars if I could.

Worst KFC in the area. Was the 1st one in a line of 10 cars. They all left with their food while i sat and waited for 15 minutes. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The shift leader was yelling at people and even made the girl taking orders cry.

KFC has always been my favorite fried chicken, but this experience was not good. Went through the drive-through and ordered an 8 piece meal…..original. Almost $30. It was crispy-NOT Original and tasted old. The biscuits were stale.

Ordered thru app. It said order would be ready at 5:38…..left there at 6:30. If I hadn’t paid for it, I would have left. Employees barely spoke to anyone in the place, some customers did leave without ordering.
