The service from the staff was unbelievable. They were extremely nice from helping while ordering our food to when we picked it up. Even saw that we had stopped and helped an elderly individual who had fallen and remade our order! That’s customer service. The food was good. We tried a little bit of everything, and our favorite was probably the meatball sandwich.

Ordered the Classic Cheesesteak through Doordash. It was delicious! The steak was tender and flavorful and was sliced a bit thicker than the normal shaved steak. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the lettuce, tomatoes, and sweet peppers elevated this sandwich to a 10 out of 10! If all the other items on their menu taste this good, I will be eating there a lot!

These sandwiches! We got the classic cheesesteak and the Bobbie and both were delicious! The service was great too! I came in late just before closing and the manager stopped what he was doing right away to help. He had great recommendations for a first timer. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!

Great place to grab lunch or dinner! Food is always delicious! We have eaten inside and the restaurant is very clean and well decorated. We have also grabbed subs to go and they went very well with a brew from a local downtown brewery. The original cheesesteak is amazing!

Looking forward to this place opening in Roanoke. Overall experience was very poor. Ordered take out and the order was made quickly. However, there was too much bread and the sandwich was dry. 2 of the homemade turkey sandwiches had bones in them. The grilled Italian was soaking wet and the bread was mush. The meats were thrown on the sandwiches and overall lacked flavor. Overall experience was very poor and will not be going back again.

Tried it for the first time yesterday. From greeting to goodbyes…everything about this place is great. Can’t believe we waited so long to enjoy this place. I ordered the Rookie size of the Wagyu cheesesteak and capistrami sandwiches. My wife had the regular of the cheesesteak. Everything was excellent! Bonus:fries are like English pub fries but thinner….perfect for dipping. This is a MUST TRY place
