This place is definitely a hidden gem in Greeley. A fusion of Mexican flavors and familiar Asian dishes. We stopped in while visiting the area and we were welcomed with a friendly atmosphere. They are a family business and the seafood was fresh, full of flavor, and large portions. If you are looking for something different and delicious, we Highly recommend.

If you love sushi or seafood but are tired of the same old spots, try out Seven Fish. It’s Mexican sushi, yes, MEXICAN SUSHI spot, which has all the flavor of regular sushi with an ingenious Mexican flair and twist. If you are looking for expensive “authentic” but really white-washed sushi or Mexican food, keep driving. Instead, if you are looking for a unique indoor-outdoor fusion dining experience, unlike the overpriced ones you’d find in the big cities, stop on by their food truck or restaurant. But bring your Google translate or a Spanish speaking friend because most of the staff only speaks Spanish. THAT’S HOW YOU KNOW IT’S LEGIT!!!

BEST sushi I’ve ever had! Hapa sushi has always been my go-to but this is now my new favorite. Delicious food with very reasonable prices! Does have a bit of a longer wait time but understandable being a good truck, DEFINITELY worth the wait!!

Very good food! The owner has very good service but other servers are inexperienced. Very small spot so limited space to be seated. Asked for posole and never have any even though it’s on the menu. Advertised amazing looking enchiladas verdes on Facebook but never have that.
