Great atmosphere, awesome service and delicious food. We started with Brunswick stew. It was a mixture of tangy and sweet bbq. We followed up with mozzarella sticks that were fried perfectly. And breaded just right. The baby back combo arrived with our sides and it did not disappoint. Juicy ribs, great chicken and mashed potatoes so thick it will hold your spoon straight up.

Everything was good. I enjoyed the turkey and wings most. The ribs were good, as we’re the sides. I tried the Woody’s meat sampler, wings and friend squash and onions. The server was great.

Pulled pork & smoked sausage lunch combo. Not impressed with the serving size or the flavor of the meats. And the sweet BBQ sauce is not sweet at all. I’ll probably come back one more time to try something different before I give up.

The service gets five stars but the meat was too dried out for me. I had chicken, ribs, sausage, brisket and pork. The only thing not dried out was the sausage. Excellent waiter though. The picture is after I tried one of everything… baked potato was great the baked beans were disappointing. I would give it another try. Hopefully the cook was just having a bad day.

I’ve been frequenting Woody’s since I was a kid. The food is always great. However, over the years it seems to have lost that “home cooked” feel. Even with that being said the food is still good and the staff is friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had a sour server. Their banana pudding is amazing!

The place was only 1/3 full, yet we were not seated promptly. They had to clenched off a table, with many not cleaned. It took forever to get our food. It was absolutely the most dry chicken I have ever eaten. I would never go back. I am surprised there are any positive rating listed!
