I go here every other week or so and have loved sweetgreen for forever. Recently, It was my friend from Brazil’s first time going though and it was so cool to watch her fall in love with this salad place. It reminded me why I love it so much. She was super impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, clarity and the display of the food and how reasonably priced each salad was with all its ingredients. We were placing five orders to go and the customer service was phenomenal, walking her through the full menu even though I knew what were getting. The cashier was so kind and thorough and even offered suggestion to my friend. We got 2 chicken & Brussels, 1 crispy rice, 1 chicken pesto parm and 1 harvest bowl without goat cheese. The portion sizes of the bowls is always perfect for a big lunch for me or 2 side salads portions to go with other food. Everyone loved their bowls and my friend keeps asking to go back. Excited to keep trying other bowls.

I love the summer salad peach and goat cheese. The flavors are amazing, every time I DoorDash from this location in Rice Village they always forget the goat cheese on my order!! like it’s the name of the salad PEACH AND GOAT CHEESE ! how in the hell do you not get the main ingredients in the name of said salad! So frustrating and disappointing!

Love this place!! The food was fresh and staff was wonderful. It is loud on the inside but covered seating on the outside. I do believe there food is a little more expensive than other style of the same restaurant but I do not mind because of the quality and options the restaurant had to choose from. There drink options are limited but fresh. I will definitely be coming back!

I usually don’t do reviews (mostly because of forgetfulness ) but I had to write this one because I had the most wonderful experience. It was me and my friend’s first time going and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. I appreciated the display of food. So as my friend and I approached the line, Riley was so welcoming. We told him it was our first time and he thoroughly went over the menu. We were placing four orders. From my experience working in food service, it takes patience especially for those who have never eaten at your establishment. But Riley really took his time to make sure we were satisfied with our orders. He also offered suggestions. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received (it’s up there with Chick fil a so that should tell you something.) I got a modified crispy rice bowl and Riley said they had some fresh shrimp so I said “Go on and throw some in there!” I gotta say, the salad was very yummy. Definitely going back.

The worst review I’ve had to write. I genuinely love this place. Long story short, there was a bug in my salad (kale Cesar) and I had already eaten a good amount of it which is so sad. Anyways, I notified the employees and instead of trying to address the situation, they quickly said “um that’s not a roach. That’s a bug from the Roman- it’s nothing”. They then asked me if I wanted another salad or my money back. Needless to say, I asked for my money back. So sad to leave this review!!!

I build my own bowl. They are on the expensive side, but my bowls are sooo good and fresh. Cashew dressing is outta site! There are some ingredients that cost extra like the mushrooms or cheese. They used to be really speedy when making the bowls, but the last 2 times I’ve been, they’ve been slow and it wasn’t even crowded. Download the app and get rewards.
