This is for the new Dunkin quick bite on Cottage grove road in Bloomfield ct. This s a drive thru only facility . Why they have handicapped spots escapes me. It caused me to actually park and look for an entrance . It does say drive thru on the sigh but suggest more eye level signage would be a good idea.

Horrible service, Today is December 28, 2020 I went through the drive-through and ordered a two for five croissant and a hot coffee, my croissant was Badly burnt so I went back to the drive-through and told them that it was burnt and if I could get a new one and they gave me two croissants bread with nothing on it……

I was in line, the attendant was yelling at a driver from some app because he asked if delivery drivers should wait in line, I thought the way they treated the driver was horrible, and very unprofessional for someone who works with people, that’s what occurred on 02/14/23 at 11:50 am if anyone wants to educate these attendants
