Cheap beer, good service, and excellent food, what else needs to be said?! This is one of few places you can get hand-breaded chicken strips and pork tenderloins. The chicken fried steak is my favorite in all of Omaha. This place is massive, plenty of room for large gatherings. My only complaint is that they no longer serve breakfast on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Other than that I’ve been impressed with the new management. Keep up the good work!

Food is sooo good!! Service has never been bad here since I have been coming here, my only low star is for the atmosphere because there is no juke box for music and seems very dim in here. Caters mostly to the older generation. The indoor/outdoor smoking area is really nice as well for those who smoke. Not a lot of those around town.

My wife and I went just for some supper. We ordered mozzarella sticks to start. They came out fresh. Marinara sauce was pretty good, but the mozzarella sticks were probably the biggest we’ve ever eaten! She got the classic BLT and i got the prime melt. Both dishes with fries, and it was quite good. I had a side of mango habanero BBQ sauce. Woof, that’s a beautiful blend of sweet and heat.

With a new Manager like Byron not much can go wrong. His attention to customer needs is beyond what you look for in the service/food industry. The new staff is a pleasant change of attitude from the staff were being forced to grow accustomed to.

This place is so far the most visited place by my wife and me. The bar area serves food as well, set aside away from the diner, the same kitchen. So far, this is the only keno that has a keno kiosk machine in La Vista.

Sat at table 123 for 60 minutes not one of the people working even acknowledge I was there. People came in after me were seved and had their food. I could get better service at a restaurant that was closed. A customer should never have to run down someone for service. Totally unacceptable. This was not the first time this has happened to me here. If I was the manager I would be ashamed of myself. Cause I wasn’t doing my job.
