Alfano’s is a wonderful place to getaway and experience traditional dishes straight from Italy. Each dish is made to order. Everything that can be is made in house and overseen by the executive chef. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff are wonderful, a must go if you are in Walker Mi. Alfano’s also offers other more Americanized dishes that I’m sure you will enjoy. More photos to come as I will definitely be going back.

We have had takeout multiple times from Alfano’s and have never had an issue. There is a separate entrance and area for takeout orders which is great. The food has always been ready on time even on a busy weekend.

I cannot stress enough how much of a gem this restaurant is. They were able to accommodate several requests made by my picky kids who all have to have pizza made a different way, and the verdict? “AMAZING! Better than excellent!”

The food was amazing, the prices are great, and the atmosphere in the bar and the restaurant sides were both beautiful! The toppings on the pizza were very generous. The chicken Parmigiano was delicious! The Italian sausage soup was better than anything I’ve ever had at the olive chain place by a mile! They have a separate takeout area and they also have a sit down family area and a bar atmosphere (which is also family friendly because they have bar seating and booths) this was my first visit so I had to share how impressed I was. Sorry my food was half eaten in the photos, I was not planning on reviewing but it was too good not to share. The canoli was next level!!!

Good food when they get it right but never seem to get the sauces right either way. I had half an order delivered at a time and when they brought back the rest of it 30 minutes later the order for the remaining food was wrong and cold. I don’t think we will be ordering again anytime soon.

Very disappointed by this place. My mom and ladies from church came in for lunch, and they over charged my mom, charged her for numerous drinks when she only had 1, and then they automatically put a $6.50 tip instead of her putting her own tip amount down, and she didn’t notice it until after she left and she didn’t turn around only because she had a very important doctors appointment she had to get to on time….

VERY! Disappointed with there pizza tonight. The pizza came so sloppy and undercooked and over cheesed had to use a spatula to lift it out of the box and had to use a fork and knive to try and eat it. It was so sloppy and under cooked just tossed in the trash.

We ordered a pizza delivery using a gift card. The delivery driver showed up and was angry with my wife because it took longer than normal to process due to the gift card. Maybe a bad day, but no excuse for poor customer service with a valid form of payment.

My family and I happened upon this gem. We had a very professional server, Auna, who gave us excellent service. Both the pasta my wife ordered and the pizza I shared with the kids were delicious. A tad pricey, but I’d say worth it. We are already planning our return trip.
