Typical SB kiosk, where it’s very likely that the baristas are under-payed and under-valued. However, the gentleman who helped me was awesome and went above and beyond in making our drinks. Place was clean and decently stocked as well.

Just picked up an order and time got away from us. We were supposed to pick up our order around 5:35 and we picked it up around 6:15. The gentleman I wish I could remember his name reminded us we ordered the drinks 40 minutes ago and asked us if he could make us some fresh drinks. Something he didn’t have to do as the tardiness was on us. They care about customer satisfaction!

I love Starbucks; however, the service is slow here. I called in an order for 2 Travelers at 4:35 am, I was on a strict deadline for a 7:30 am pickup. Not only was my order not ready on time, they gave me the wrong coffee. If you are in a hurry, don’t bother. If you have plenty of time to waste, it’s just fine.

I appreciated the location in a Barnes and Noble. Lots of decadent coffee choices as well as healthy or heavy breakfast choices. This location needs more staff, though, as evidenced by a six- person-deep line for the duration of our morning there.

My order was right and the coffee was good. However, I got a spinach feta wrap and one of the sides had blown out so the “wrap” was not a wrap and the inside was still cold. I was driving so the wrap served a purpose of not making a mess, didn’t work this time.

I like Starbucks but HATE that they only have two sugar-free flavor options at most locations. They used to have so many more so I rarely stop at Starbucks unless to grab my daughter something. I’ll go somewhere else.

Ordered 2 cappuccino drinks. Got 1 in 10 minutes, the next one was 5 minutes later. A manager/employee was sitting at the counter (wearing a headset) doing nothing. If she put the ukulele down and worked, service might be better.

The service is terrible unless you mobile order. In the drive-through, my drinks were always made incorrectly if you asked for a special combination. Starbucks is also way too expensive and too full of sugar and calories for my taste.
