Always hot and fresh food. Wait, for food was a bit much. Someone after me got there’s first. Went two days in a row, and waiting was long both times. Went inside due to long drive thru lines. However if that’s the worst it’s not that bad, because food is excellent. Got a double butter burger and cheese curds. Very fresh and delicious.

Food was good. Was surprised by the amount of chicken for the salad. Only downside was the mash potatoes. Not very many places do mash potatoes anymore. But these have just not been very good.

The young workers are trying their hardest and I respect them for it. However what I don’t respect is an old man who just watches employees work while having no work ethic themselves. He seems like a very poor choice to run an establishment. I feel as if any of the very young children employeeed would do a better job in management than him. Every since the older woman has stopped working at this location the employees seem more upset and angry than before. It’s not hard to wonder why when they have someone with no leadership or management skills taking the reigns for the store.

I recently had a great dining experience at Culver’s in O’Fallon, MO. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and welcoming ambiance that set the stage for a great meal. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was evident that they take pride in their service and aim to make every customer feel valued. This location specifically will take your order wrong; and when you ask them to correct it they seem to think you as a customer have an issue with the “price” and it can’t possibly be an issue concerning getting WHAT YOU ORDERED. The price is the price?! Now, can we get what we ordered or is that too much to ask? Go to the location near Mexico Rd. This one needs more training and better management.

Food quality and service on point. Fifth star for consistency of quality. Made to order/always fresh food helps, yet impressively fast service considering. I’ve waited 3x longer in a McDonald’s drive thru (with two lanes for orders and pre-made food) for 3x lower-quality food/experience and a broken shake machine. The girl in drive through is sweetheart, genuinely cares that your interaction is pleasant. Harder to find these qualities all together these days.
