This place has bad customer service, the dude/woman running the bar is bad for business. We were there to order food and Alcohol, my buddy walked in with a beer to order food and drinks the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Told him he could not have is beer there even though we we going to order a significant about of food and liquor. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Overall a very bad experience. Food was GROSS. We let them know that they ran out of ketchup and most dressings. 20 minutes passed and they did not refill anything. They ran out of condiments and napkins, too. When we asked for napkins they gave us a bunch that were WET! Yuck. The meat was nasty and not seasoned at all. The chili was cold, and it tasted like it was old or straight from a can. Service was bad, too. All the tables were dirty. We had to wipe our own table.

Stopped in for a drink and unexpectedly had a great conversation with a new guy named Mark. He had a good personality and was enthusiastic to work there as he mentioned my order was his first beer poured as a bartender.

Unfortunately the reviews are TRUE! I wish I would have googled this “restaurant” before ordering. Food took almost 45 minutes to come after ordering from the bar. Everything was like warm at best, condiments were no where to be found. Upon waiting for them to be refilled food got even colder. Upon leaving I over heard the lady taking orders say the current wait on food was one to two hours, oh how I wished she would have said something similar when taking our orders. Avoid at all cost! There are two many other places to grab a bite on the boardwalk.

Came in after a long day to get some studying done at the bar. Ordered a strawberry margarita. The new bartender was great! I believe his name was Jeff. He was so genuine to everyone that came up. And he kept checking in to make sure everything was going well and if I needed anything. Excited to see more families returning to Kemah.

Wish like others I’d googled it and kept walking. Terrible burgers. Meat was over cooked, dried out, and tasted weird. Toppings on specialty burgers scarce. Condiment area unsanitary and mostly empty; other diners left the cover open letting the few pickles and onions in it get tainted by all the people walking by. No employees were maintaining or restocking. Our order lacked a burger that took them 10 min to bring out. No fountain drinks only bottled drinks at $4.50 a piece.

I agree with previous posts. Visited there on Wed evening and we were the only people there. Bottle of water was $3.75 but we were warned. Burger was VERY well done if you know what I mean. Dropped food on table and pointed to a condiments bar. It had ketchup, mustard, Mayo, napkins. No utensils or salt. Definitely won’t go back.
