Always love JJs food and it’s a special treat when I get to pick some up. I hate going in 45 mins or less before closing because I know everyone is trying to clean up and go home but I came in late today with a friend who had never been before. The team was exceptional and had great, fun attitudes while making our sandwiches and answering my friend’s questions. Super grateful for their positivity so late in the evening! Ordered extra hot peppers (which you pay for) on a sandwich that already comes with hot peppers. It came with 5 pepper rings, total, on half the sandwich. I normally wouldn’t complain about this, but last time I was there they messed up my very simple order as well. It’s $15 for this sandwich… it’s a sandwich… for $15 it should at least be correct.

Rico needs to be fired! This is the 2nd time in a week, he has messed up our order asked for a giant number 4 and got plain turkey meat on bread. Looks like my orders aren’t the only ones he’s getting wrong. Will not be going back!
