First time ever eating here. Got the bourbon chicken, very tuff and couldn’t eat. Other places don’t have a breading on the bourbon chicken like this place and you get vegetable fried rice at other places, regular white rice here. The general tso, and chicken chow mein were good though with the low mein. Dont recommend the bourbon chicken.

I was looking for a nice and good place to eat. I came across China Garden in Lake Wales, I ordered a large Beef and Shrimp fried rice cooked in soy sauce, a small lo mein and three egg rolls, I got a large shrimp fried rice NOT cooked in soy sauce, a Large lo mein, and when I checked him he got angry and we on phone exchanging words. I will not go back there not do I recommend this place. Poor customer service

I love this place. It’s not fancy on looks, but great for take out,just call ahead and your order is ready. Always go there to get my Chinese on. Great sweet and sour Chicken or Pork, Bourbon chicken and Fried Crab Rangoon. The menu is extensive and even when I feel I spent to much I realize I have dinner for 3 days!!!

My daughter ordered lunch for me today from here. When she brought it home it wasn’t what was ordered. I wanted General Tso’s chicken, shrimp fried rice, and 2 shrimp egg rolls. Everything was right except for the chicken. It wasn’t General Tao’s it was Sweet and Sour. I don’t like sweet and sour. I like the spiciness of General Tso’s. This had NO spice to it. Plus she said NO combo, they gave her, yep you guessed it, a combo. When she called to let them know the order was incorrect they argued with her yelling it was what she ordered, and that they don’t mix their sweet and sour sauce with their chicken. The plus side is they said if she brought it back they’d refund her money. Down side…she has to waste her gas and time, because of their mistake, to return it. I’ve ordered from here several times in the past. However, the last few times the service, food quality, and the correctness of the orders have left a lot to be desired. I gave them a 3rd shot and they blew it. See ya China Garden.
