I’ve enjoyed this place for years now, however last night I ordered food at about 8:45pm for my family for takeout since they close at 10:00 pm. Gave my name and order, just to drive all the way there from the other side of town to see they had closed. No call back no warning when made the initial call. 9:15 I made it to the restaurant to find it was closed. I called them 3-4 times to see if anyone would answer. No such luck. So we all had to settle for cheese and crackers at home due to not making groceries earlier. Safe to say we’re done with el loro now.

Everytime we come here to eat i made sure i order different food in the menu and never been dissapointed so far!The salsa for the chips has bits of onions and fresh cilantro and not carrots compare to other places!

Stopped in with my family on a busy Saturday evening. Everyone including host, wait staff, and owner (I think) were attentive to my family and I, even though the place was packed. I ordered the Loro Lindo and it was fantastic. We will definitely be stopping in again for a meal!

UPDATE: i called the restaurant to speak with the manager as their reply suggested but no manager was there and i left my number and its been more than 3 days and no call. So basically the reply from the manager is most likely an automated response and they dont really care to call or fix the problem.

Always enjoy the food here. The fajitas for two is big enough for 4 easily. Good margs and decent service. Sometimes they’re short staffed. Street tacos are excelelnt!

Food and service was excellent. Food taste pretty similar to other Mexican restaurants in the area. Guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. Service was 5 stars as they were very fast and friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this establishment.

First the service is amazing. You’re treated like family or a best friend. Our server remembered our face and even asked if we wanted the same drinks as last time. The food was spot on and the house salsa is amazing. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a low-key and casual; yet clean and inviting environment.
