This Chipotle is the WORST run Chipotle store! Food is raw and cold, they run out of chicken (CHICKEN!) and there are only 2 teenagers working at any given time. No managers in sight…ever!

I need to stop going here because I never learn my lesson. I always give them another chance. This place is hit or miss, usually a miss.Ordered a bowl. It was cold, yet again with a sparse sprinkle of cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. What’s the ratio now? A tablespoon? My daughters order was also cold and not full. Nice job. I’m done and I won’t be back.

The young person filling my in store order was professional and very efficient. The cashier was kind but charged me twice for a burrito bowl. When I called the number I got the automated run around that finally sent me to the store phone line which hung up on me because I didn’t have an access code. I went online and they wouldn’t refund my card but wanted me to get the chipotle account so they could give me a free burrito bowl. I wanted refunded not free food I didn’t order to start with. They refused to refund me. The live chat person said, with very poor grammar I might add that they have rules and sorry! Very poor customer service policy. I even had the receipt and sent them a photo of which they asked for. Due to their less than acceptable policy/rule I won’t patronize the business again. I’m sure they could care less but I just thought that was poor public relations.

This Chipotle is a nice addition to the Crile Road Crossing area in Concord. It is a bit small on the inside but also has a little patio area off to the side. There is a pickup window and a few online ordering parking spots are located in the front. The employees were all very nice and the food was the standard Chipotle fare. We visited at a time when it wasn’t very busy but still it was pretty loud inside. It looked like the ceiling had not yet been finished, so hopefully that will help reduce some of the echoing in the future.

We’ve stopped ordering online because our food is always sloppy or something is missing. Since ordering inside this location our dinners have been much better, but tonight we received rubbery chips. 🙁
