Fast casual spot for steamed snow crab legs, shrimp, mussels, and lobster. The order comes with a few pieces of sausage, steamed corn, and purple potato. Their gumbo is pretty good as well. Please note that although they are related to Stewby’s Shanty next door, they do not have the same menu and thus do not serve the same food. You will have to order with both places separately if you wish to enjoy their food together.

We have been coming to the Destin/Fort Walton area for the past 12 years. I’m not sure why we had never tried this restaurant before but it is hands down the best food in the area! It is our new favorite place to eat! My husband ordered the amberjack fried fish dinner, I ordered the amberjack fried fish sandwich and my kids ordered the chicken strips. They also have super good sweet tea! We were very impressed with the prices and we loved the chill vibe of the restaurant. All the employees that we interacted with were super nice. If you’re looking for great food at a good price, I definitely recommend Stewby’s on Santa Rosa Blvd.

We came here because a few days ago we ate at the Stewby’s next door (amazing) so we wanted to try this one as well since we were still on my wife’s birthday vacation. This is one of the best steamed seafood dinners we have ever tasted. Customer service was great, the Combo (Pick two seafoods, with corn, sausage and potatoes) was full of flavor and plentiful. I even topped it off with a piece of Key Lime pie that I sware was sent from the heavens. When we come back, we will definitely be making this one of our go to places to eat.

Stopped by and waited no more than 20 minutes for our food to be prepped and ready to go, we took it back to the condo. Seasoning was great, along with the flavor. If you need a night in, I highly suggest you stop by and grab some food from here!

My wife and I got the crab dinner, plus an extra half pound, and it was definitely enough for us. The crab was great, service was great. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very casual and “normal”, with no gimmicks or anything. Really my one down side about my experience as the price. It was a little more expensive than I was prepared for, around $45-50.

We absolutely love the Steamers!! We go quite often. The flavors are incredible and I highly recommend. The only downside is they do not sell beer. However you can bring in a small cooler. So highly worth it!!

We were looking for authentic steamed seafood. Stewby’s Market was off the chain awesome. It was steamed to perfection. crab legs, crawfish and gulf shrimp. Forget eating out. Went to market, they steamed, took back to beachfront condo and enjoyed the flavorful goodness on our balcony overlooking the gulf. Doesn’t get better than this. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fast service and awesome staff. We stopped by the steamer for a to-go platter while staying nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised! Delicious platters and the pricing was competitive with the area. We loved it and stopped by multiple times during our stay! Highly recommend if you’re in the area or staying nearby!

We ordered the Family Steamer and it was delicious! We had so much fun taking it with us to our condo and sampling some of all of the delicious items. Can’t say that at either of our visits the staff was overly friendly, but the food brought us back.
