great drinks and we’ve been going a bit and never had an issue, but tonight i ordered something not on the menu and maybe that’s why the older lady was rude, even though it wasn’t complex it was two ingredients. but after i ordered my boyfriend went up a few minutes later and got a drink as well and she looked at him and rolled her eyes and walked to the back. we weren’t there to complain about the drink or something. that kinda ruined my whole mood. i also work in food and i’d never roll my eyes at someone.

I worked in food service for several years and I understand having to turn a customer away because they come in 1 minute before closing. But 15 minutes with no closed sign out while the cashier was talking to a customer? I said “oh, I thought you closed at 9” and received the reply “I don’t care.” Cool, I’ll go to Tim’s, the Canadians are nicer anyway.

Always stop in while shipping ☕☺ Nerve disappointed, Always get my drink exactly how I order it!! The shelfs are always stocked good so you can look while in line, it’s a safe environment, a clean store with friendly and helpful staff also short wait time in checkout line(usually)!!

Stopped in today to pickup the free Holiday cup with purchase. I purchased my Caramel Brulee and Cranberry scone. When it was ready I asked about the free cup. They said they ran out this morning… I asked I’d they had a voucher or something to bring back or take to a different location and they said they weren’t allowed to. There were 2 of the cups sitting off to the side but I wasn’t allowed one of those either. The least they could have done was posted they had no cups or said so when the order was place. DISAPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The people who work there are always sweet and my drink has always been made right. No matter what I alway wait 20+ minutes in line and everything moves slow. It could be the location as this is one of the few drive thru Starbucks in the area. Just don’t come here expecting a quick pick up.
