I wanted to leave a 5 star review so bad, but I just can’t. The staff was so friendly and the server specifically was just a breath of fresh air with her bubbly personality. I ordered the mushroom burger and there was a thumb print in it when I opened the box, presentation is important however, the burger was pretty yummy. IT WAS THOSE FRIES that got this rating a 3 star. I think they had some left over from earlier, and they refried them and served them to me. They were hard, rubbery and hollow inside which means all the soft potato was fried out. I wanted some yummy fries so bad and these looked like the fries I typically get from Five Guys, so I was eager to try them. You can see the empty fry and thumb print in the burger in the photos below. I ended up going home, cutting up my own fries and making them myself and mine were 5 star sorry ♀️. I also shared my photos cause why not? I’m sure this one low rating won’t make a huge deal and that’s not what I want, but just please make sure not to over fry the potatoes or refry old potatoes and serve them to a customer. I spent $14 was really hoping for better.

as soon as I walked in the door & saw the menu I remembered why I don’t like eating here. To me the burger prices & especially hot dog prices are ridiculous. These are sit down at a bar & be served burger prices, IMO of course. I ordered a Hot dog as I wasn’t feeling a burger. I received the smallest hotdog, a regular size hotdog split open with bacon & cheese in the center. Maybe $6 but not $8.99 second and last time here, I can’t.

I just spend some quality time with a friend visiting from her country. We both enjoyed and loved our combo, the Mooyah Cheeseburger. Every bite was scrumptious, and those fries were warm and crispy. Their specialty sauce really tasty. Our order was taken and served by a young lady named Michele. She displayed impeccable manners , and she was very helpful. Definitely, I will return.

Service was great! This was my first time and the cashier was patient and recommended great options. When I received my order, it was wrong and I guess they ran out of hotdog buns so they put my hotdog on a burger bun. I would have liked if they informed me that they were out of hotdog buns. For almost 4 dollars for fries, I would have liked a fill container of fries. I end up having to order an additional one. The burger was missing the condiments I ask for as well.

The moment I enter the restaurant, I receive no acknowledgment of my presence. Once an employee walked out, she did not even speak to me. She gave me a thumbs up I guess, stating I could order. I waited 15 minutes for my food not even being asked where my name was for the receipt, once I got my food, I asked about my drink, and the rule young woman who was in employee, pointed that the cup indicating I could get it myself Once I got my food there was hair in the lettuce. I don’t want a refund at this point my day has been too long already. I just will no longer recommend anyone go to this restaurant.

Went here to try the Froot Loops shake, and ended up getting a bacon cheeseburger burger as well. The burger was ok, but the shake was fantastic! Great service by a young lady named Kyaria!
