From out of town. Went through the drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes. Very, very slow. Once food was ordered, had to wait for them to cook it. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted like old grease and had a dark brown tint to it. Made me sick and throwing up. Will NEVER go there again!!! Stay away from this place! Customer service line always has a busy sound. You know that’s horrible. Can’t even make contact to complain. A waste of good money.

So I went to Wendy’s today and ordered Chicken nuggets and this is what I bit into when I got home. The chicken nuggets weren’t even cooked, you can see the raw meat on the inside. I came here Thursday last week and didn’t even get to order. I sat at the order spot for 10 minutes and no one talked to take my order. I left from there, I called the Wendy’s store and spoke with the assistant manager Trish to tell her about my experience there and she took my name down and said next time I come I can get a free meal. Well today I asked about my free meal and the manager wanted me to come inside…. I shouldn’t have to come inside just so you can see if I’m the right person. This place is a joke and I won’t spend anymore of my money there.

I cannot recommend this Wendy’s. I visited off hours – mid afternoon. I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Every car that went through the drive through had to park to wait for their food. There were six cars waiting. I should have followed my instinct and driven off instead of waiting so long. The guy laying in front of the store smoking did not reflect well on the brand. This place has plummeted over the past 2 decades. There are better options close by.

This Wendy’s is one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to as far as the way they operate. The employees are extremely rude and do not care at all about what they are doing. Also working with them as a door dasher is even worse, they will literally have you standing there for 45 minutes if you let them. The managers can’t manage their employees. The food is never fresh and always cold. They have got to be the slowest employees and clearly do not know how to operate a business in any way, shape, or form. Literally the worst business I’ve ever been to. This place is pure trash. Don’t waste your time or your money here. Not worth the disgusting foods, wait times, and extremely unmotivated employees who have the worst work ethic and ability to comprehend how to prioritize things of importance.

We honestly have only had okay experiences but this last time tipped the scales. Was told to pull up in a parking spot and our order would be out shortly. After waiting 10 minutes we checked to see if the order was coming and was told it was dumped and a new one had to be made and to wait 4 minutes. We waited another 10 and when we asked what was going on was told they were dumped again and needed to be remade. After waiting in the lobby the manager shouted to me asking what sauce I wanted before handing the food without another word.

We went to Wendy’s in Aberdeen MD for breakfast. The honey butter chicken biscuit was excellent! Our server, Zayen was friendly and patient. We met Miss Mary, the manager. She was also friendly and wanted to make her store the best it can be. We will be returning again.

I now understand why my husband refuses to go to Wendy’s. Really difficult to order a burger without cheese and to get what you want on it. First time I have been able to actually get a frosty in over a year when I asked for a spoon, was told they were out and she doesn’t place the orders. Wish they would stop advertising Frosty’s as most times they tell you the machine is not working. Been to at least 5 different Wendy’s where they say the machine is broken.

This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. I really try not to write bad reviews however, tonight was the night. If I could give no stars I would! Management has to do better. Customer service is terrible! I attempted to order the $5 Biggie bag as normal that’s $5 and the lady I believe who was a manager huffed and puffed when I stated small after she asked if I wanted to up size to a large (African American lady with some grey/blue eyes) they always try to say it’s $6 the screen price is $5 and the last time an older manager was like no he charged you for the wrong meal and gave me a refund. If y’all want to charge $6 change the price on the menu!!! Furthermore trying to force customers to get better sizes is not necessary. She then proceeded to say the $5 is for the employees only. What?! Lmao. I stated there is always a issue at this Wendy’s the young lady proceeded to say oh ok I said I’m good have a great night she was like that’s fine ….( from the customer service to the orders being wrong it’s truly unfortunate and unacceptable.) This Wendy’s needs new leadership ASAP I’ve been living in the area for almost 7 years and I would travel other Wendy’s in the past before coming here ‍♀️ #NewManagementNeeded #DontGoHere

Absolute garbage service. Did a mobile order, was asked 4 times if I had got my order, waited a total of 25+ minutes, never got my food. Manager was in the lobby watching it happen, she was too busy preparing for an upcoming inspection and making the schedule.
