A family owned mexican food trailer, that brings the rich flavors of Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico to Oakland. Our Barbacoa is renowned throughout the east bay that is served in a Taco or a delicious Torta Ahogada. If your looking for another dish that will blow your taste buds, look no further than our Pierna. Pork Butt that is slowly cooked so tender it melts in your mouth. To compliment it have a cup of our Barbacoa consome that comes with garbanzo beans, onions and cilantro. You can add barbacoa to it, to really put it over the top. If you still have room for dessert try our delicious sweet empanadas, custard, strawberry or pineapple. You cant gon wrong with any of them.
