Doesn’t matter the situation you could call and let us know our food is going to be cold because you said it be delivered in 11 minutes and it’s been over 40 minutes now. Kinda bummed out about it. Made the order around 10:20 and it’s 11:30 , still nothing . It hurts my food loving heart you guys suck. Just CALL and give me a free pizza for it being delivered late.

Domino’s has really stepped up their game! I don’t think I’ve had them since I was a kid, but we tried them because we had a coupon for a free medium pizza if we bought a large, plus they have these tater tots with toppings like bacon and ranch or Philly cheesesteak. Everything was dynamite!

The manager is rude & says they will fix your order or give you store credit. Found black hairs in my pizza & when I called about it. The manager said no one had black hair & when I explained it wasn’t normal hair looked like beard hair she got an attitude.

Manager is extremely rude. Called them and told how their driver just left the food on the front porch, they claimed that she had knocked and tried contacting us, but did not call at all. And instead of apologizing, just instantly got rude and went on COVID tangent. Driver must not of knocked hard enough on the door because I did not hear it be knocked on at all. Our family is definitely not ordering from here again.

Dominions customer service was ridiculous tonight. We ordered delivery to avoid having to leave… Got the wrong wings (ordered honey BBQ, got a yellowish glazed spicy as hell glaze). Called them and asked (nicely) to replace them with the correct ones, no big deal, mix ups happen. The lady said she won’t bring out new ones because we could be lying. We told her we would exchange out the ones the gave us for the correct ones. She got super snotty and HUNG UP on us. Agh!!

The staff is GREAT! Diane has always been wonderful! However, out of the last 3 salads we have ordered, and even looking at them before we left, TWO have been BAD!!!!!! Once opened, they have rotten lettuce on the bottom. They have made good on them but the commissary they use is TERRIBLE! Everything else is fine but we are tired of getting sub-standard salads!!!! No More Salads!!!!!

This has to be the absolute worse place to ever order from. How do you order for an event day’s in advance and even confirm with 2 different phone calls to two different people and then they don’t show but charges are pending for the order! Go elsewhere!!
