From beginning to end, this was the best celebration we could have imagined. Planning for the surprise party with Bruno started 6 months before with a tour of the private room upstairs and a choice of all the menu options. Over the next couple of months, I built the guest list and ordered the decor. A few weeks before, Bruno let me visit the room again for layout decisions and to give him the menu choices. On the day of the event, he and his staff were very attentive yet did not rush us between courses. The food was served family style and was absolutely delicious. Everyone raved about it. Leftovers were packaged for guests to take home. For a party of 30, the room was intimate and perfect for a milestone birthday celebration. Bathrooms and a refrigerator upstairs made it so convenient. Best of all, it truly was a surprise to the guest of honor!

My husband Hank and I went every Sunday nights. Michelle was always do friendly. Hank passed away on Thursday and I went to the restaurant that Sunday and of course she asked if he was parking the car. I told her Hank had passed away she was shocked my good friend Ilsa met me there. She came by and asked me was there anything she could do for me I told her yes could I reserve the upstairs for the following Tuesday for about 25 people of course she said. That Tuesday I took my family and friends after the afternoon viewing to the restaurant she and her family and staff were wonderful. She did it family style along with wonderful desserts. I miss going there since I moved to California. I hope too visit in the spring.and I definitely visit the restaurant again worth every dollar.

I just gave a great review of the service, and the seafood dishes, especially the baked halibut and the grilled sea bass. Prices were fully worthy of the cuisine. Excellent, with portions so generous, we had to take some home — and the chocolate mousse cake was so delicious we all ate it, and one piece was enough for 3! Be careful when you tap the stars, after tapping just one, it froze before could get to them all! Thus, I have now made a second entry to ensure you register the 5 stars!

Great meal of Southern Italian comfort food. The chicken parmigiana and the veal parmigiana were excellent. The sauce they make is outstanding and memorable, also, and the side of pasta was a generous serving. Great bread basket, with lightly toasted Italian bread slices. We also loved the ambience, with small votive candles outlining the window, and the table candles. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Thank you.

Amazing restaurant, by far the best COVID-19 outdoor eating set up. I ate with a huge group of people, so it’s natural for food to take a longer time than usual, but the wait was REALLY long. The appetizers kept us satisfied for some time, but when we were about to run out of calamari, the food thankfully came! And omg it was SO GOOD. It was absolutely amazing, it’s hard to explain, you need to try it yourself! Maybe it was because we were really hungry, but my family and I couldn’t get enough of it!

SO glad I found this place. The food is light and delicate but flavorful!!!! It’s like Thanksgiving every time we go there! They’ve closed on Labor Day weekend but have not returned. Miss them! Hope you guys come back soon!

Lived in town for 6 years and never went here. Looked kinda boring from street side so I never went. But during COVID I decided to support my local establishments. We went late and only 2 other tables were occupied so I was worried. The outdoor setup was the best I have seen. Beautiful tent with lights and music piped in. Tables with linens also. We received a carafe of ice water and warm bread and butter. Nice. Had clams oreganata and the fresh mozzarella with roasted peppers as appetizers. Both were spot on. Creamy mutz over tomato with basil and a delicious roasted pepper on top. Clams were tender with the right amount of sauce to dip up with bread. Salmon special was terrific. Stuffed with a layer of crab and tasty breadcrumbs as a sandwich type filling to the tender salmon. Short rib gnocchi was also great. Meat fell off the bone and beefy gravy had great short rib flavor on the gnocchi. Chicken Picatta was tender with great flavor. Desserts were good as well. Great service throughout even though they had to walk so far from the restaurant to our table in the lovely tent. This was an excellent meal from start to finish, and the BEST OUTDOOR dining experience I have had so far. How did I miss this hidden gem for so long? Will be back for that Salmon for sure, maybe even next week. Portions are not huge but just the right size. Go experience this local favorite. Well done people.
