Usually eat here twice a month but this will be the last. The portion of actual steak meat was laughable and probably less than 2 ounces, the sandwich not prepared as asked, and not as clean as it used to be. For $12, the Mall of America has a lot of better food options than an unmemorable food court experience here. If you review the last year of reviews, it appears that my experience seems to be consistent with others.

Waited in line for about 10 mins but once I ordered, food was ready in a few minutes. Sandwich was hot and seasoned well. Maybe just a tad too much lettuce.

Superb staff. Outstanding service. Truly relentless in their delivery of satisfyingly high quality fast food. Totally worth the price. Some great options, too. If you can’t find something you like here, that’s your loss. This is 100% enjoyment in a box. Truly, my only genuine negative point of critique is the atmosphere within the food court on floor three at the Mall of America (overwhelmingly noisy, echoey and insanely busy), which is hardly the fault of Great Steak. A solid five-stars, simply because everything outside of the location is excellent. And even that is subjective. There’s something about a day at the mall that makes this kind of experience feel like a genuine treat, even with all the craziness going on all around you. And this is certainly a more than welcome, worthy detour.

These workers have a terrible attitude and the hours online don’t even line up. It says it closes at 8pm on the website and by 6:48 today they were closed. I asked the worker if he could just take my single order with nobody else waiting and disrespectfully told me to leave. I’ve been going to great steak for years and these past few months they’ve really been out of line. Food is great but still it’s nothing without the service.

Went there on my lunch break today around 3 to 3:15 PM today09/23/21And I waited in line and the employee who was ringing up orders was in the front for all the customers to see, on his phone oblivious to anyone there.I waited and counted 10 seconds and went next door to get my lunch.I used to eat there a lot. But no more!Very bad service.Should not be on your cell when you are working!PERIOD!IWork in M.O.A. in Customer Service and that was very bad!
