This taco truck is excellent love the chicken and steak here. I will try the pork next. I got 2 Chicken tacos, $2.50 to try and steak burrito. They have cheap prices and nice family. The area is skid row but the homeless waved to me and didn’t bother me, I still wouldnt leave my car unattended. I will be coming here frequently.

Marched up the hill from the light rail for a taco …it was worth the hike. We had the carne asada tacos and the habanero and green sauce I can say holy habanero sauce had a great kick to it. The area itself is definitely some place you don’t want to be if you’re not very attentive to your surroundings. Manny was great to chat with you a bit.

Taqueria El Ranchero is a Mexican food truck in the Central District area in a parking lot by itself. Its got some seating underneath a small structure and parking enough for about 10 cars. The menu is a good size, but prices are pretty cheap with good portion sizes and good taste as well. Everything is made fresh and quick too. Can’t ever go wrong with a Burrito from here to be honest.

A food truck in the middle of sketchy neighborhood.. the food is amazing, flavorful and fresh. They have a shaded dining area, but the garbage bin is also in that area. I definitely admire their effort bringing delicious food to this neighborhood!

The best around! This is my go-to spot for a veggie burrito covered in their red and green salsas. My husband loves the beef tacos. It’s obviously legit based on the amount of customers they have at all hours of the day. The prices are great and the portions are big.
