Girl taking order didn’t know what caramelized onions was. And the chicken on my chicken Philly was chunky and the last time I had one it was thin sliced ( like the steak would be) terrible sandwich today. They say, I have to request it that way ,but I didn’t last time.

This place use to be outstanding. They are clean and speedy service but something has drastically changed in the amount of food we use to get compared to post covid B.S. Me and my GF use to eat here 2x a week spending less than $24 for two. The subs are now smaller and cost $30+ with fries. We wouldn’t care to pay that but the quality and craftsmanship is pathetic. Our subs this last time was meat only on philly cheese steaks! Just look at these pictures, ignoring my black dirty hand I work in the coal industry so this is what I take for lunch or use to take.

Love Penn Station. Haven’t been in a while so we were surprised they didn’t have combo meals. Very pricey. I realize everything has gone up but almost 30.00 for 2 med subs, 1 medium fry and 2 reg drinks. Food was hot and delicious but can’t make to many trips here.
