My mom came in to get us some food on a road trip and they all had terrible attitudes! My mom tried to get me a frozen mango drink and when she asked if they had it they said “we don’t have it here!” As if it’s ridiculous for her to even ask even though they have a three foot sign out front advertising it like she made it up or something! They didn’t have any ice and the lady up front even complained she had 3 hours of her shift left and her feet already hurt. Burger King is defiantly not popular and employees with these attitudes don’t help.

Stoped here today May 7 2023 on my way from broken arrow to fort smith and the service was horrible paid 32$ for food ok had to wait for 35min for food to then be asked what our order was as thay had forgotten. Then proceed to check the bags and was missing half of the food. no napkins, no straws, and wen i ran in to ask them to fix the issue was asked my name as if i ever gave them a name and let them know this was in the drive through she turned and walked away then turned around and asked the lady behind me what her issues was and she stated she had been waiting an hr in the lobby to find out her food was chilling on the hot plate. My order was not fixed hell thay couldnt even bother to get me the recipe so i could call corporate and complain and i will not be makeing the mistake of going here again bad food bad service just bad over all.

The food was fresh but the staff was running around like crazy. They took FOREVER to get food out, one even said why do we have no fries. You had to wait even longer because they didn’t even make fries.
