Super food. Food came out fast tasted great. Staff was very nice and helpful. When I mentioned the hot sauce was not hot enough he brought out 4 for me to try and all were fab!

The food was okay! I loved the variety of Salsa that were brought out after I asked for a hotter choice. Our waiter was really nice. The wait for our food was long (it was busy) and the food was not super hot when it came it. Overall okay

Best Mexican food in Jonesboro! So much food for a decent price, I only ate half of my meal. Lots of flavor, and the staff is very welcoming. Speedy service found here!

Went here to have lunch today and upon arrival was seated immediately. I then waited at least 20 minutes or longer before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order only after having to tell someone that I hadn’t been waited on. After that I waited an additional 30 minutes before my food was brought out and this place wasn’t even that busy at the time I was there. The servers are lazy and not dependable. You need to get better customer service. One guy working in there kept walking by table knowing good and well I hadn’t been waited on. I should have just gotten up and left. Lesson learned! I will not be back. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants in town. I will go give my business to one of them!

Took my wife out tonight for her birthday. Being native Texans, we know a few things about both authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex food. Walking in we were optimistic with a lively and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately walking in the door was the 2nd highest point of our visit – and walking back out was the highest point. First, the chips that are traditionally put on the table were stale. Once our waitress finally came to ask for our order, my wife and I both had to repeat our orders at least 4 times. I have a booming baritone voice, so unless our waitress had a hearing impairment, there was no excuse for the mental distraction during our order. My wife ordered 2 a la carte enchiladas and received 3 that were not much more than microwave warm-up temperature. When we mentioned that she also ordered beans the waitress walked off. When she came back by, we asked again about them, and she finally brought a side plate of refried beans. For my order, a steak Quesadilla, there wasn’t enough meat in the tortilla to cover a 1/2 folded sandwich. It was loaded with grilled onions and peppers, but almost no actual meat. I asked for raw onions on the side. She brought grilled onions. When I reminded her that I asked for raw onions, she said, “Oh I thought you said real onions.”. What? As opposed to imitation onions I asked myself. Wow! The food was barely warm, and, in the end, I really ended up paying for a veggie plate of peppers and lettuce with stale lettuce and what they tried to pass as fresh guacamole and pico. Not even close. The order was wrong. The food was barely lukewarm. Wrong items were received. And I had to ask twice for the check to pay for it all. I ALWAYS leave a tip of some sort. I’d almost rather have mediocre food and great service. I’m a big tipper for the ones that get it right. For the first time ever, I left a $0 tip and let them know I’d be leaving a one-star review. Mark Los Arcos down as yet another disappointment in the Jonesboro dining experience options. Will absolutely never return.

The food and drinks are always great. There was a short wait but nothing outrageous.

Ordered the chicken fajitas. They were extremely burnt, stuck to the skillet. I was only able to take three bites total because everything tasted terribly scorched.

Whatever you do, don’t leave any personal items at your table unattended. The lady with a septum piercing who works there will steal it, and lie to your face when confronted. Dinner was great though, thanks!

Nice Mexican restaurant near the Arkansas State University campus. It has the same type of fare you find at other Mexican restaurants in town. They have lunch specials throughout the week which consist of regular menu items at a discounted price. They do serve alcohol here and have a bar, if your looking for that too. The staff has always been friendly during each of my visits here. Overall, a good Mexican restaurant.
