This is the most delicious Pakistani food I ever had. And it’s always consistent. The staff always has a nice smile. And if you don’t know what to order they will help you pick it out. Also the people that dine in the restaurant will help you pick it out as well. Friendly atmosphere and it’s a lot of fun to go to.

The food is ok, but the service is so bad; one lady was helping and being food. She was not cleaning and washing her hand. She was wiping her hand on her weapon all the time and touching everyone’s plate. Also, when we got water from the refrigerator, there was a fly in the jug. We put a jug next to our table; she came, took out the fly with her hand, and gave us the same water jug. So disgusting. We had already ordered food, and the kids was hungry; otherwise we wanted leave the place rightway.

Very busy place so order ahead of time. They are pretty well organized but with the volume they see, it’s easy to spend 10 mins in the store before someone helps you. The food was pretty good. The lamb shank was tender and had a lots of flavor. The beef chapli kebab was a little spicy and slightly burnt around the edges. The chicken chargha was great. Good portions and perfectly seasoned. If they can iron out the pick up process, it’d be 5 stars.

We were craving halwa puri and Shaheen hit it out of the park! We have tried at other restaurants in Hicksville, some places are very filthy, some take too long, some have bad service but Shaheen was top notch in all areas. Everything we ordered, chanay, halwa, aloo, haleem, kebab, naan and puri were outstanding. It’s only available on weekends so call ahead. It does get crowded but they turned tables really fast, changed the table cloth etc. Be prepared to wait but you will love it.

The best dish of this restaurant is Charsi Karahi. But this karahi is only served on Wednesdays between 2-5pm because they know that people will come just for this karahi midweek. This Charsi Karahi is one of the best that could compete with anywhere around the world including Pakistan. It will give the run for its money to even Peshawar’s very original Charsi karahi.

I ordered food they told me 45 mins when I got the food came home, the nan was old and burnt probably from a day or 2 , the Butter chicken tasted horrible, the chana was the worst, Seekh kabab was old and hard, samosa and chicken chochree watever they call it was old and stale they used to be good last year but now horrible

Went Sunday morning for brunch, got there at 12:30 pm. Waited 35 minutes just to get our table cleaned as in the pic (not blaming the hard working aunty, but she was the only server in the restaurant!!) Got frustrated and went to counter to order halwa Puri, got notified by the counter they ran out of Halwa (Halwa Puri without Halwa lol). since we were already here, Decided to just order some other food, food was subpar. I would recommend kababjees instead!

The food quality has gotten really bad. The service was the worst I have ever experiences in my life. There is an aunty who brings out the food to the tables and we cannot pay without that aunty being present there. Everytime, we asked that aunty that we want to order more food, she would get annoyed and would leave without saying anything. Since the service was the worst, I decided not to tip. However, she asked for the tip herself even though I put zero in the tip section. It is not the first time she asked the tip herself. As I was standing in line to pay, she asked another customer that you have to give her a tip. The worst customer service ever. If I decide that I’m not gonna tip, then there is a reason that I am not tipping you and it should be my choice. After, that visit we have decided not to go to this restaurant ever again. I’m willing to travel more and pay more than going to this restaurant.
