I love Marie’s Diner. The staff are usually really nice to me and after 10 years it still looks the same so when I come by it was a nice feeling since Charleston has been changing a lot recently.

Food was good enough, just disappointed. I’ve never been there before and they don’t give a menu or explain anything to you. You see some stuff written on a board so I just ordered a few things not understanding they had a lunch special. I was charged a full lunch special $10.25, but if I rang up my individual items it would have been less. If I had known with a lunch special you could ask for and get more to eat, I would of done so. As you can see with the picture the serving is small. Again, they explain nothing so you end up, how you end up. Just disappointed.

They were very warm and nice and the lady that dose the cooking was very generous and kind. If me and my husband stop in charleston again we will definitely stop there to give them a try again.
