I placed an online order and the tracker stayed on Prep for abt 45 minutes. At the estimated pick up time I went inside and was told they did not see my order. I had to pull up my confirmation number to prove I had a paid order. I had to then wait an additional 30 minutes for my order to be made. I didnt even get an apology or anything. I was just told my pizza is about to be made. This location used to be great, but my last two experiences have been awful. They also are very skimpy on the pizza sauce. You have to ask for extra sauce or you will get none on your pizza.

Do not order from this location. Workers are consistently lazy and rude. If you hate your job that much perhaps find something else. Pizza was completely burnt, dried out, and made incorrectly with topping missing despite paying for it and noting it was listed on the receipt.

I always try to go to this domino’s (bluebonnet) specifically bc Ive always had good service! Today was my first time using drive thru, the cashier David was really cool, we shared a few laughs while i waited for my order (wait was less than 5 mins). My order was fresh, hot, and made to my liking. Other locations ive been to seem to skimp on toppings even when u pay extra, i was happy to have finally gotten my moneys worth. Will definitely be going back to this store!

Normally I have a good experience with this location but this time the garlic parmesan wings was very under cook but the cheesy bread was delicious. And since it was a late order after 10 PM I didn’t try to take it back

If you’re thinking about ordering from the Bluebonnet location, you will be disappointed. This location started out great when it first opened, but now it is AWFUL. Expect to wait nearly 2 hours for a carryout order. We ordered pasta, a medium pizza, and cheesy bread at 7:48 last night. The tracker never moved from prep, however at 8:30 we thought surely our order must be ready since it said 30 min. We got there and waited an additional 40 min, no order, no acknowledgement, no apology. There was no sense of urgency. Several people were waiting for carry out and were as frustrated as I was. During that time only 1 ordered had progressed on tracker to complete. The other 9 on board were still in prep stage. By 9:23 I asked for a refund. Apparently when you pay by card or PayPal you don’t get a refund right away. The order is voided/canceled. You get a void receipt and pray your refund hits in 5 days. This is INSANE. The manager Christian will be hearing from me if my refund isn’t processed quickly! Corporate can’t know about this lack of customer service.

While visiting Baton Rouge we placed an order with the Bluebonnet location. Our order was delivered to to the Renaissance Hotel. Our delivery person was pleasant. There was no receipt provided on delivery. The following morning I called the restaurant to request a copy of my receipt. I was placed on hold for over eight minutes with no one returning to the call. After my conference I went to the restaurant to request a copy of my receipt. They were not busy the employee at the register was not pleasant and could not assist me. I asked for the manager and was told that she could speak to me in 20 minutes. I waited patiently and she met me and asked for my name and phone which I wrote on a piece of paper. She was not pleasant or professional. It appeared that I was an aggravation to her. She didn’t return and sent the First Lady I had an interaction with and stated she couldn’t give me a receipt. Gave me a number and told me to call corporate. The whole experience within the location left much to be desired.

Driver hit our mailbox and completely ripped it off of the screws. She came to the door and told us what she did. We immediately called the store and they tell us they won’t do anything about it because there is no video evidence. The driver admitted to doing it and they still won’t pay for it. We are now having to replace a mailbox that costs $225. Oh…and it took them 2 hours to deliver. Will never order from this store or Dominoes again.

NEVER order here. Neglectful and proud to disappoint. I called to speak to a manager b/c I understand things happen once in a while. Instead I get handed off to “Raiya.” She played telephone between me and the real manager apparently.
