The McDonald’s at Farmington of Unionville, CT is a wonderful place to eat! I have lived here for over 9 years and the staff have always been kind to my family and I! The store is always being cleaned and the food is served speedily! They are also wheelchair friendly as well as kid friendly, with a mini playplace included in dining. RUDE MANAGER!! This is not the first time that I’ve been spoken to rudely by the manager. She is very blunt and rude and tends to give me attitude. I wonder if this is because of my age being that I am a young adult but just now there was a run in that I found to be completely unacceptable. Half of the tables when my friend and i first arrived were either dirty of full of people which would have put us in between large groups of young teenagers. We chose the seats in the front of the store and purchased food, and being someone who comes there often and buys food monthly there with friends i figured it was okay that we stay there for a while. We were given a dirty look and signaled by her hands aggressively to leave. I believe this wouldnt have happened had we been older. It was really uncalled for and not the first time this woman has been rude and I no longer feel comfortable going to that mcdonald’s.

We lost power so I ordered some breakfast and when I got there I had a hard time finding my order on the app so I waited in line and asked the lady who appeared to be the manager for some help finding my order. She mumbled to me in broken English and walked away from me. I waited for at least 10 minutes and no one was up front. Finally someone came up front and I asked for help again and didn’t get any. I then asked for my money back and he turned and went in back. The original woman came back out and said that she didn’t have any mobile orders and I must have ordered from another location by this time I found the email confirmation so I showed her the email and she gave me quite a bit of attitude looked at it and said ” it is this location” I just asked for my money again, collected it and left. Very disappointed in the entire experience.

This is potentially the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my 4 decades of existence. There is no reason that “fast” food should take 25 minutes as the line of orders just keeps piling up. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, or the capacity of the staff, but either way I have no idea how this branch stays open, or why. I’d have gotten the order faster if I’d driven 15 minutes away.

Extremely rude! I ordered a medium drink and changed my mind and wanted a larger drink instead. I asked the cashier, a woman with glasses on I didn’t get her name, as she was handing me a medium cup to exchange to a large cup (Same price). She then, with a nasty attitude at 8:00 in the morning, says “you ordered a medium”. I say “yes but I would like a large instead”. She then WALKS AWAY! Is this even ok?! Is this how people are trained in customer service these days! Ridiculous! Something has to be done about this otherwise, you will start to lose customers! Not good!
