Several years ago, I gave Humble Pie a five. Hate to do it, but it’s a two now, and that might be generous. My wife and I have come here for years. We live in Clayton, and the pizza and wings were always worth the trip and cost. Lately, over the past 2 years, quality has really slipped.

Fun and unique pizza place. Very casual with great views of nature. Perfect spot to end a day of hiking, rafting, or communing with nature. Nothing fancy, just good food! We Love the Bull Sluice pizza, which is kind of like a Supreme pizza with meat and veggies.

Been driving by this place for over a year and honestly hadn’t stopped by because I thought it was cakes and pies. One of the hidden gems. Staff are awesome!!Food and coffee as good or better than what we can get in Greenville, SC fantastic. Pizza is delicious. You want to be surprised, drop in!!

This place never lets us down. There’s not much better than a solid meal after a day on the river and Humble Pie hits the market every time! The staff is always helpful and kind. The pizza is solid and I definitely advise all my guests to get their own 10″ pizza customized. Be sure to check out their beer selection too!!! PS….the meatball sub is legit!

Overall the atmosphere was nice, i went at night so the individual who was taking the order could have just been tired but he seemed kinda dead and uninterested. But the pizza i ordered the “chatooga white” was quite interesting. It had far more feta then i expected which made it all the better too me. Very flavorful pizza with a thin but chewy crust which was perfectly cooked. I ended up eatikg the full 10″ pizza alone before i knew i had done so. I would advise stepping in if you happen to pass by here.
