Very hipster spot. Amazing food for everyone. The workers were nice and you can tell they work super super hard. I hope they are compensated well because they make this place function! Very busy. Try all of it! Cheese, queso, guac. That’s all a winner knows!

This is the BEST Chipotle in ALL of Washington/Allegheny county. The workers are kind and WANT to feed you yummy fresh food and they do with a smile. The staff is GRINDING constantly this line is non-stop and it goes by super fast but I never feel rushed. The management is excellent. The employees are excellent. It’s clean and well managed. The portions are always generous and flavorful.

Disgusting customer service, I had just ordered and forgot chips so I waited until she was done ringing up another customer- and then I asked politely to ring me up very quickly bc I’m pregnant and I get low blood sugar so I could eat. This young girl copped an attitude and told me to go to the back of the line when the chips were at the register. There were 4 people on line- not out the door. Second time in one week that I went and they were out of corn with 2 hours left to close. I mean come on, it’s like the cheapest food cost. And why can’t I get a lemon or lime with my meal? They used to put them out in the dining area

Filthy. Had it not been my child’s request after a long day of playing sports, we would have left. The tables, floor and drink station were dirty. The trash was overflowing and piled high. No trays available because they were all dirty and stacked with the trash. Out of ice, straws and napkins. Also, placed a to go order for child at home. Had to wait 20 minutes longer than order pick up time because they were out of steak. At 6:20 on a Saturday. While waiting they were telling walk ins they were also out of other items like rice, as well. Definitely the worst chipotle we’ve been to. Sad, as this chain is usually reliable.

The quality and taste of the food was good, unfortunately my burrito was 80% rice and sour cream. Consider training employees on making a well balanced burrito. Not acceptable for the price. Left unsatisfied.

This place is AWFUL! I typically order on the go and it’s never ready when it says it will be. Half the time they’ll take care of the entire line inside before even touching the mobile orders. To make it worse the last time we didn’t even eat our food because I saw the employee drop something on the floor, touch the floor to pick it up, and continue to make food. DISGUSTING!
