Went here for the first time today. The 1/2 chicken was cooked just right. It was very moist, a lot of places cook it until it’s dry. The homemade potato chips and the baked beans (with pieces of pulled pork in them) were both excellent. The table service was great. My drink glass was never empty and they gave me a glass to go!

Holley’s BBQ just opened in August 2021. My neighbor and I were driving by and saw the sign outside and decided to bring BBQ home for dinner for our husbands. The young hostess took our order, I ordered a pound of chopped pulled pork and 1/2 lb of brisket. Judy, my neighbor, ordered ribs. As soon as I got home I made a plate with part of the brisket and a part of the pulled pork it was delicious. I personally like a sweet BBQ sauce but this meat did not need a lot of sauce. The restaurant is clean and had plenty of seating for those who want to sit and eat.

Amazing sauce and meat, I had also bought their buns which were very cheap. Price was very good for pound of pork with sauce and buns $13 something in total. I had a sandwich from a different store that day and I have to say, it was awful compared to this. The food was amazing. Only took 10 minutes for the food:)

Fantastic food, I enjoyed the wonderful bbq tacos with pork. My wife enjoyed the smoked brisket tacos with a side of homemade potato chips, both were great.

Oh man! Not a fan of the BBQ Pork sandwich (its a chopped sandwich NISM)…ribs middle-of-the road (real smoke flavor without the lighter fluid taste)! Sauces are not my cup of tea (sauce) so I’ll wait to see what others think. I’ll keep trying the other items because I support local.

Absolutely amazing. If you don’t eat here it’s your fault. We got a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. This is a must eat at place
