Went there tonight. We stood in the line over an hour. Once we reached the counter we were made aware they were out of what we wanted. I asked her why didn’t they announce this so people would know. We stood in that line and hour. Then we had to wait another 45 minutes for the food we ordered. And they order was not complete and we were told another 30 minutes for our pizza . She ran our card and didn’t tell us that. Until she had taken our money. I am a diabetic and my sugar was low and needed to eat The part of the order that was ready they took because we asked for our Money back. She told us we had to go to the cashier stand to get a refund. She couldn’t do the refund at her register that took another hour at this point I was so dizzy I had to leave the casino and hurry to find food. We will never come back to oak Grove casino. It is awful.

Worst casino food that we have ever experienced. Fish & Chips had the taste and texture of something you would buy in the frozen section of Kroger. The Shrimp Po-Boy was ok. The coleslaw had NO Taste, just cabbage and mayonnaise. The Onion Rings were really good. Not sure that we will go back, we prefer Caesars of Indiana for the food and gaming experience.

I used to love eating here, but the food quality has gone done and the prices has gone up. It is $18 for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and onion rings! It also seems like every time they are out of some ingredient. This time is was onions. A Philly cheesesteak is just not the same without sautéed onions …
