We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It is now 1:58am and the worker is claiming that they aren’t taking orders at the moment . It said they’re open till 3:00am. It’s crazy that there’s false hours like as a loyal customer I think places like this should be closed down , I mean come on . Bad rating . Complaint of customers are crazy , bad service , attitudes … does the owner really want money because it’s locally owned .if you call corporate then they can’t do anything because it’s owned . Ugh, is it really that difficult to simply be nice to your customers? Maybe Not All employees are as miserable & condescending as the young man in the photo I took & attached here. He’s sure to rub you the wrong way with his slick remarks that you won’t catch at first thought until you realize behind the fake customer service voice- that you are being insulted. He’s arrogant too, taking pride in learning when you disapprove of his attitude. He wouldn’t give me his name so that I could address him accordingly & mentioned how he’s up there on the reviews already & to find his name there. I will not recommend this location to anyone, I won’t return nor will I be accepting any uber eats pick ups from this location EVER Again!

They have an automated drive thru, which surprisingly got my order correct, even down to a plain burger for my son, but it was listening too hard and ended my order early, which was annoying. I had to add items at the window.

WORSE drive-thru EVER! Had a mobile order they would not let delivery drivers pickup from pickup window. They were taking NO new orders since 12:30 and EVERY order in line took 20 min EACH!!!
