Alright! First off I was so excited to try this new Wagyu burger which is over priced and under seasoned! The burger comes with cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, burger sauce and the THICK beef patty. (Pickles too but I didn’t get that on mine). When I say the patty is thick it’s super thick I couldn’t taste any other components on the burger besides the BEEF. Tried the burger sauce that comes on the burger and wasn’t please. The beef doesn’t have a bad taste it’s just lacking more flavors. The peach lemonade was okay after I mixed it up. I don’t get how you pay extra for a “special” drink but it doesn’t come out stirred up and it comes in a itty bitty sippy cup. Paying over $20 for 2 meals from Arby’s to pricey!

This was the BEST Arby’s we have ever visited. Friendliest staff. Cleanest dining room and bathrooms. Good food for good price. Because it was Easter Sunday they were not busy so the staff were scrubbing all the seats and tables so they were gleaming. The manager was super friendly and very attentive.

Stop cutting corners! A kids meal comes with bottled water as an option. My child was given a small cup of tap water that tasted like chlorine! Unacceptable and incredibly gross!

I didn’t realize how good you guys actually were until I tried to get a sandwich from the West wendover bridford store. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot because I have learned to check my food. I had to just take it back and I handed it to her along with my credit card and she just gave me a refund. I didn’t even speak. I just handed it to her and she opened it and it was all squished with half the meat and none of the onions it was terrible. You guys spoiled me, LOL that crazy ribeye sandwich that you guys made me was great. I’m going to come back and try another one n hope it wasn’t a fluke, LOL
